Rx · Investors

A distribution layer for healthcare access in Nigeria.

A short overview. The fuller investor pack — model, roadmap and go-to-market — is available on request.

Rx · The problem

Care exists. Access to it, at the moment it's needed, doesn't.

Most health decisions in Nigeria are made without a professional in the room: whether a symptom is serious, which pharmacy is open, whether a course of medication was finished. Each of those is a small decision with an outsized effect on outcomes and on cost. WellNaija is the layer that puts a licensed professional, a live map, and a reminder schedule into that moment.

With over 200 million people, near-universal mobile penetration and a payment layer that already works, the constraint on digital health here is trust and fulfilment — not connectivity.

Rx · Business model

Four revenue lines, one rule above them.

Rx · Life-first monetization policy

Nothing that can save a life sits behind a paywall. Emergency SOS, the pharmacy and hospital locator, and medication reminders stay free, for everyone, permanently.

We monetise convenience, depth and distribution — not access to help in an emergency. This is a product decision and a commercial one: in a market where most spending is out of pocket, trust is the acquisition channel.

Consultations

A per-session fee on pharmacist and doctor consultations, split with the professional.

Subscription

An optional low-cost monthly plan for households: unlimited chat consultations and family profiles.

Pharmacy fulfilment

A margin on e-prescriptions routed to verified partner pharmacies, plus delivery logistics.

B2B & white-label

Per-member contracts with HMOs, employers and pharmacy chains running WellNaija under their own brand.
